Under Sections 39-5601 through 39-5607, Idaho Code, it is the intent of the Department to provide PCS to eligible participants in their personal residences to prevent unnecessary institutional placement, to provide for the greatest degree of independence, to enhance quality of life, encourage individual choice, and maintain community integration.
