Coverage is limited to organ transplants performed for the treatment of medical conditions under evidence-based standards of care.02.Living Donor Costs. The transplant costs for actual or potential living donors are fully covered by Medicaid and include all medically necessary preparatory, operation, and post-operation recovery expenses associated with the donation.
