Section 16.03.09.626 - PREVENTIVE HEALTH ASSISTANCE (PHA): QUALITY ASSURANCE

The Department will establish performance measurements to evaluate the effectiveness of PHA. The performance measurements will be reviewed at least annually and adjusted as necessary to provide quality assurance.
