Section 16.03.09.584 - CHILD WELLNESS SERVICES: PROVIDER QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES

01.Interperiodic Medical Screens. Interperiod medical screens must be performed by a physician, NP, or PA.

02.Periodic Medical Screens. Periodic medical screens can be performed by a physician, certified nurse midwife, PA, or NP.
