Section 16.03.09.550 - LM SERVICES: PROVIDER QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIESEach LM provider must:
01.Licensed. Have a current license as a LM from the Idaho Board of Midwifery or be licensed according to the regulations in the state where the services are provided.02.Scope of Practice. Provide only those services that are within the scope of practice under IDAPA 24.26.01, "Rules of the Idaho Board of Midwifery."Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.09.550
