An acute foot condition, for the purpose of this provision, means any condition that hinders normal function, threatens the individual, or complicates any disease.02.Chronic Foot Diseases. Chronic foot diseases, for the purpose of this provision, include:b. Peripheral neuropathy involving the feet;c. Chronic thrombophlebitis; andd. Peripheral vascular disease;e. Other chronic conditions that require regular podiatric care for the purpose of preventing recurrent wounds, pressure ulcers, or amputation; orf.
