EVV is a software or device(s) that electronically captures information verifying service delivery.04.Home Health Plan of Care. A written description of home health services to be provided to a participant as defined in IDAPA 16.03.07, "Home Health Agencies."05.Home Health Services. Home health services and items include nursing services, home health aide services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology services, audiology services, and medical supplies, equipment, and appliances provided under a home health plan of care.Idaho Admin.
