An individual may only receive one (1) Career Enhancement Assistance payment in a twelve (12) month period. Career Enhancement Assistance payments do not count towards the TAFI twenty-four (24) month time limit or the sixty (60) month TANF time limit. If the Department pays Career Enhancement Assistance in error, the month does not count towards the twenty-four (24) month TAFI time limit.
