Section 16.03.08.342 - EXTENDED CASH ASSISTANCE ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIAIn addition to all the eligibility requirements for TAFI, all adults in the household must meet one (1) of the conditions listed in Subsections 342.01 through 342.02.
01.Physical Condition. A physical or mental condition expected to last at least three (3) months. The condition must prevent any employment that would generate earnings of at least one hundred sixty-seven percent (167%) of the maximum grant, per month.02.Care of Ill or Incapacitated Household Member. Care of an ill or incapacitated child or spouse in the home. The in-home care must be provided for a minimum of one (1) month and prevent any employment that would generate earnings of at least one hundred sixty-seven percent (167%) of the maximum grant, per month.Idaho Admin.
