Section 16.03.08.126 - BUDGETING FOR CARETAKER RELATIVESIndividuals who may be eligible are listed in Subsections 126.01 and 126.03 of this rule.
01.Relatives. Adult specified relatives other than parents who have an eligible related child residing with them and who are responsible for the child's care. Only one (1) child in the household must be related to one (1) of the specified caretaker relatives defined in Section 010 of these rules.02.Caretaker Relative Applying Only for Relative Child. When a caretaker relative applies only for a relative child, only the child's income is counted.03.Multiple Children. When multiple children are included in the household unit and any child receives Supplemental Security Income, that income is not counted in the determination of the grant amount.Idaho Admin.
