Section 16.03.05.832 - MEDICAID PENALTY FOR ASSET TRANSFERSThe asset transfer penalty is restricted Medicaid coverage.
01.Restricted Coverage. Means Medicaid will not participate in the cost of nursing facility services or in a level of care in a medical institution equal to nursing facility services. The penalty for a person receiving PCS or community services under the HCBS waiver is ineligibility.02.Notice and Exemption.
