Section 16.03.05.788 - AGED AND DISABLED (A&D) WAIVERTo be eligible for the Aged and Disabled (A&D) Waiver the participant must:
01.Age Eighteen Through Sixty-Four. Be eighteen (18) through sixty-four (64) years old and meet the disability criteria, as provided in Section 156 of these rules, and need nursing facility level of care under IDAPA 16.03.10 "Medicaid Enhanced Plan Benefits"; or02.Age Sixty-Five or Older. Be age sixty-five (65) or older and need nursing facility level of care under IDAPA 16.03.10 "Medicaid Enhanced Plan Benefits."Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.05.788
