The participant's resource limit is two thousand dollars ($2,000) if their spouse is not a Medicaid applicant, is not living with them, or was not living with them on the first day of the month. The participant and spouse have a resource limit of three thousand dollars ($3,000) if they both apply and live together, or if they were living together on the first day of the month.
