Section 16.03.05.544 - ONE-HALF REMAINING EARNED INCOME DISREGARD

One-half (1/2) of remaining earned income, after the IRWE is subtracted, is not counted. The one-half (1/2) of remaining earned income is a work incentive. The participant retains the one-half (1/2) of remaining earned income for their personal use.
