01.IPV. Households are not categorically eligible, if any household member is disqualified for a Food Stamp IPV02.Work Requirements. Households are not categorically eligible, if any household member fails to comply with the Food Stamp work requirements.03.Ineligible Legal Non-Citizen or Student. Households are not categorically eligible if any member is an ineligible legal non-citizen or ineligible student.04.Nonexempt Institution.
