Section 16.03.02.108 - WATER SUPPLYThe following requirements must be met:
01.Water Supply. An approved public or municipal water supply must be used wherever available.02.Private Water Supply. a. In areas where an approved public or municipal water supply is not available, a private water supply is provided, and meets the standards approved by the Department.b. If water is from a private supply, water samples are submitted to the Department through the district public health laboratory for bacteriological examination at least once every three (3) months. Copies of the laboratory reports are kept on file in the facility by the administrator.03.Sufficient Supply of Water. Always provide sufficient amount of water under adequate pressure to meet the sanitary requirements of the facility.Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.02.108
