Section 16.02.26.101 - CARDIAC01.Eligible Conditions. Eligible conditions include congenital heart disease or defects, acquired heart disease, and dysrhythmia.02.Excluded Conditions. The following conditions are excluded from care under CSHP: patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) in premature neonates, inpatient care for non-diagnostic and non-surgical admissions, and acute care, despite its potential relationship to an underlying covered condition.03.Spending Limit. Services provided to eligible patients under the Cardiac Program are subject to a per patient, annual spending limit of twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000) for each state fiscal year.Idaho Admin.
