The "Recommended Immunization Schedules for Persons Aged 0 Through 18 Years -- United States, 2010," are incorporated by reference for this chapter of rules. Published in the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, January 8, 2010, Vol. 58 (51 and 52), by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). This document is referred to in this chapter of rules as "ACIP Recommended Schedule."
