Section 16.01.05.106 - EMS EDUCATION PROGRAM COURSE DOCUMENTATIONEach EMS Education Program must submit the following documentation to the Department as described below, in the format provided by the Department, and retain it for a minimum of three (3) years:
01.Course Registration Number (CRN) Issued by the Department.03.Course Completion Record with Completion Status and Date of Completion for all Students.04.EMR and EMT Programs. Results of formal summative evaluation.05.AEMT and Paramedic Programs.
