Section 11.11.01.122 - REQUIREMENTS FOR INSTRUCTORS OF LAW ENFORCEMENT SUBJECTSIn addition to the other requirements for instructor certification set forth in these rules, instructors of law enforcement subjects must meet the following requirements.
01.Experience and Certification. An applicant must have a minimum of three (3) years of law enforcement experience, possess current or previous Idaho POST professional certification, and must not have been previously decertified as a law enforcement official of any jurisdiction.02.Instructor Development Course. An applicant must complete the POST Instructor Development Course or approved equivalent.03.Additional Requirements.
