Section 8-54-27 - Modification of programs(a) For minor modifications, the unit will describe the modifications in the annual report and include evidence that program quality is not affected.(b) For major modifications, the unit will submit a request to the board for implementation, including a description of the changes and evidence that standards will continue to be met.(c) For program elimination, the unit will submit information to the board in writing stating when the program will end, reasons for elimination, and assurances that current candidates will be able to complete the program.[Eff 10/30/14] (Auth: HRS § 302A-805.5) (Imp: HRS §§ 302A-801 to -808)
