Section 3-143-610 - Rejection of proposals(a) In addition to any other basis for mandatory rejection established elsewhere in this chapter, proposals shall be rejected for reasons including, but not limited to: (1) Proposal not responsive. Any proposal that is not responsive to the request for proposals because of its failure to conform in all material respects to the request for proposals including, but not limited to, the service specifications or other evaluation criteria shall be rejected; or(2) Applicant not responsible. Any proposal submitted by an applicant that is found not to be a responsible provider shall be rejected.(b) Notice of rejection.
