Section 3-143-603 - Late proposals rejected

Any proposal, withdrawal, or modification submitted after the submittal deadline is late and shall be rejected on that basis. Notice of the rejection for late submission shall be given to the applicant, and disposal of the rejected proposal shall be in accordance with section 3-143-612.
