Section 3-126-78 - Judicial review of contested cases(a) Requests for judicial review under section 103D-710, HRS, shall be filed in the circuit court within ten calendar days after the issuance of the written decision.(b) Any party requesting judicial review shall immediately serve a copy of the application for judicial review upon the hearings officer or review officer, as applicable, and all other parties to the proceeding.(c) Within twenty calendar days after the filing of a request for judicial review, the hearings officer shall transmit the record of the administrative proceedings, including the electronic recording of the hearing, to the circuit court.
