Section 3-126-72 - Proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law(a) No party shall file written proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law except where ordered in the discretion of the hearings officer.(b) Where, ordered, written proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law shall be filed within fifteen days after the close of the hearing, and shall contain specific references to the record and the legal authorities relied upon.[Eff 12/15/95; comp MAY 20 2004] (Auth: HRS §§ 103D-202, 103D-709) (Imp: HRS § 103D-709)
