Section 3-124-6 - Change in class status(a) A person whose product is on the Hawaii products list shall be responsible for informing the 'administrator of any change affecting the classification of the product within sixty days of the change.(b) If, since the original application, there has been a change in either the method of production or the relative values of the Hawaii and non-Hawaii inputs to the production cost of the product(s), which could affect the product(s) classification, a new application must be submitted within sixty days of the change.
