Section 3-122-228 - Bond forms(a) The required bond forms for bid security, performance, payment, and combination performance and payment bonds shall be in conformance with sections 3-122-221, 3-122-222, and 3-122-227 and shall be as specified by the procurement policy board and issued by procurement directive.(b) Certified copies of bonds may be requested and obtained by any person from the State upon payment of the cost of reproduction of the bond and postage, if any.
