Section 3-122-175 - Statutory authority to audit Pursuant to section 103D-317, HRS, the State may, at reasonable times and places, audit the books and records of a contractor, prospective contractor, subcontractor, or prospective subcontractor which are related to:
(1) The cost or pricing data submitted under sections 3-122-122 through 3-122-130;(2) A state contract, including subcontracts, other than a firm fixed-price contract, awarded pursuant to subchapters 5 through 10; and(3) Any claim for additional compensation or for changes.[Eff 12/15/95; am and comp 11/17/97; comp MAR 21 2008] (Auth: HRS § 103D-202) (Imp: HRS § 103D-317)
