Section 3-122-109 - Questionnaire The questionnaire shall request information for the following categories:
(1) Financial ability to deliver the goods or perform the work required;(2) Material, equipment, facility, and personnel resources and expertise available, or the ability to obtain them, in order to meet contractual requirements;(3) References for the determination of a satisfactory record of performance;(4) References for the determination of a satisfactory record of integrity;(5) Legal qualifications to contract with the State; and(6) Additional information necessary for a determination of responsibility.[Eff 12/15/95; comp 11/17/97; am and comp MAR 21 2008] (Auth: HRS §§ 103D-202, 103D-310) (Imp: HRS § 103D-310)
