Section 65.1 is amended by adding Section 65.1.3 to read as follows: 65.1.3 The AHJ is authorized to require the owner to remove at the expense of the owner, all fireworks offered for sale, stored, or possessed in violation of Chapter 65, or other applicable state or county laws or rules.
