Section 24-4.03 - Dual or Multiple Enrollment(a) No person may be enrolled simultaneously in any benefit plan offered or sponsored by the Fund as both an employee-beneficiary and a dependent-beneficiary, nor may children be enrolled by more than one employee-beneficiary. The Fund shall cancel such dual coverage enrollments. .(b) Where an employee-beneficiary files more than one enrollment application, the enrollment application bearing the latest filing date shall be the one used by the Fund to process the employee-beneficiary's enrollment, provided the employee-beneficiary is eligible for such enrollment.
