Section 24-1.04 - Computation of Time

Whenever a period of time is stated in these rules as a number of days from or after an event:

(a) the period shall be computed in calendar days;

(b) the day of the event shall not be included in the calculation; and

(c) the last day of the period shall be included in the calculation.
