Section 20-26-66 - Period of validity and renewal of permit
(a) Permits shall be valid for the term set forth therein, as established the president. Upon expiration of the stated term, the permit and all rights of the permittee thereunder shall automatically terminate.
(b) No permit shall be renewed unless the permittee has submitted a timely application to renew the permit, all the conditions or covenants of the original permit, including but not limited to the requirement of prompt payment of fees or charges, have been met, and the rules governing the UH management areas have been fully complied with.
(c) The renewal of an existing permit is discretionary, and applications for renewal of an existing permit shall be evaluated by the criteria provided in these rules for the issuance of new permits.
