Section 2-73-3 - Computation of Time Unless otherwise stated in these rules, in computing any period of time prescribed by these rules:
(1) a period of time is measured in business days;(2) the day of the act or event from which the designated period of time begins to run shall not be included, but the last day of the period shall be included; and(3) OIP upon request may, where it deems appropriate, extend the time prescribed by these rules for doing any act, or may permit an act to be done after the expiration of time.
