Section 19-143-2 - General Provisions(a) Every school bus carrier shall read and become familiar with this chapter and shall instruct and train all drivers and employees in carrying out their responsibilities as required by this chapter. This chapter applies to all school buses operating in Hawaii and all such carriers, employees, and drivers shall comply with this chapter.
