Section 19-142-28 - Standards and criteria

The standards used for vehicle inspections are as follows:

(1) 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), parts 570 and 571 as they existed on December 31, 2012; and

(2) 49 CFR, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, Appendix G, as they existed on January 31, 2013.

The above standards and criteria may be used as references to perform the inspection required by this chapter.
