Section 19-127-1.9 - Pedestrian walkways

Where pedestrian traffic is permitted, the pedestrian sidewalks or walk areas should be separated from vehicular traffic in accordance with the guidelines. Barriers, curbs, or guardrails should be used at potentially hazardous locations.
