Section 19-26.1-3 - Activities

Any person desiring to conduct any one or more of the following activities at a public airport shall be subject to this chapter:

(1) Distribution of literature;

(2) Solicitation of contributions;

(3) Demonstration; and

(4) Public opinion survey.
