Section 19-2-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to implement the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise ("DBE") Program as required by Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 23 and 26, entitled "Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in Department of Transportation Programs."
