Section 17-401.1-17 - Referral and other services(a) As appropriate, the division shall provide referral and other services necessary to assist applicants and eligible individuals to secure needed services from other agencies, including other components of the statewide workforce investment system, in accordance with sections 17-400.1-14, 17-400.1-15, 17-400.1-16 and 17-401.1-3.(b) Referral services are exempt from consideration under the use of comparable services and benefits provisions of section 17-401.1-13 and the use of personal resources (financial needs test) provisions of section 17-401.1-14.Haw.
