Section 16-98-42 - Probation and suspension

For any licensee who is placed on probation or whose license is suspended, the board may order but not be limited to the following types of sanctions:

(1) Enrollment in additional educational and training courses;

(2) Performance of public service;

(3) Supervision by a licensed psychologist;

(4) Evaluation prior to returning to practice;

(5) Limitation of the kinds of services the licensee can perform; and

(6) Examination(s).
