Section 16-98-3 - Notification and filing of names, addresses, and changes

Any person holding a license or temporary permit authorizing the person to use the title "licensed psychologist" shall file the person's mailing address and the employer's name and address with the board and shall immediately notify the board in writing of any and all changes.
