Section 16-95-113 - Administrative practice and procedure

The rules of practice and procedure for pharmacies and pharmacists shall be as provided in chapter 16-201, the rules of practice and procedure of the department as adopted, and as may subsequently be amended, which are incorporated by reference and made a part of this chapter.
