Section 16-94-16 - Qualification through RME for pest control operator's license

Sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, joint ventures, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships, and any other business entities duly registered and in good standing with BREG shall qualify for a pest control operator's license through an RME in its employ.
