At the time of renewal, each licensee shall certify on a form provided by the board, that the licensee has complied with the CE requirements set forth in this subchapter. The certification shall be under oath if required by the board. The board may require any licensee to submit, in addition to certification, further evidence satisfactory to the board demonstrating compliance with the CE requirements.
