Section 16-81-10 - Renewal of license(a) A license shall be renewed on or before June 30 of every even-numbered year. To renew a license, a licensee shall timely submit a renewal application and the applicable renewal fees.(b) Renewal fees paid by mail shall not be considered delinquent if the envelope is postmarked by the United States Postal Service before July 1 of the year in which the fees are due.(c) Failure to renew a license by the renewal deadline date shall cause a license to be forfeited. Continuing to perform work as an elevator mechanic shall constitute unlicensed activity.
