Section 16-75-49 - Location of records

The following types of records shall be available for public review at the department's office of the cemetery and mortuary program:

(1) Trust agreement filed by the licensee; and

(2) Audited financial statement filed by the licensee; and

(3) Actuarial report filed by the licensee.
