Section 16-608-31 - Condition or limitation of license

The commission, from time to time, may impose reasonable conditions or limitations on a previously granted license:

(1) In accordance with section 269-7.5(b), HRS, for a public utility;

(2) In accordance with section 271-12(d), HRS, for a common carrier by motor vehicle;

(3) In accordance with section 271-13(c), HRS, for a contract carrier by motor vehicle; and

(4) In accordance with section 269-20(c), HRS, for a water carrier.
