Current through September, 2024
Section 16-601-69 - Motion to dismiss or to make more definite and certain
(a) Respondent may file with its answer a motion that the allegations in the complaint be made more definite and certain. The motion shall specify the defects complained of and the details desired. If a motion to dismiss is filed before the answer, the commission shall set the date for filing the answer when it rules upon the motion.
(b) No reply to the answer shall be filed, but the complainant, within ten days after the filing of the answer, may file a motion that the answer be made more definite and certain. The motion shall specify the defects complained of and the details desired.
