The fees for the motor vehicle repair industry board shall be as provided in this section:
(1) Application fees: | |

(C) Salvage dealer | $ 30 |
(2) Examination and other examination related fees for mechanic license as determined by agreement between the board and the University of Hawaii | |
(3) Original license fees: | |
(A) Mechanic | $ 40 |
(B) Repair dealer | $ 100 |
(C) Salvage dealer | $ 100 |
(4) License fees: | |
(A) First year of the biennium (original license fee, plus one-half of the biennial renewal fee) | |
(i) Mechanic | $ 60 |
(ii) Repair dealer | $ 150 |
(iii) Salvage dealer | $ 150 |
(B) Second year of the biennium (original license fee) | |
(i) Mechanic | $ 40 |
(ii) Repair dealer | $ 100 |
(iii) Salvage dealer | $ 100 |
(5) Biennial renewal fees: | |

(6) Restoration fee for failure to renew a license shall be the biennial renewal fee, plus fifty per cent of biennial renewal fee. | |
